A method for postoperative caudal anesthesia with local anesthetic in combination with morphine of patients after hernioplastics at which to patients the caudal anesthesia is performed with solution of 0.125 % Bupivakain in physiological solution and 2-4 mg morphine in volume of 60 ml one time.
