目的 探讨采用无水酒精瘤体内注射对小儿体表血管瘤进行治疗的临床效果. 方法 随机选取该院2012年11月—2015年4月期间收治的体表血管瘤患儿120例,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组患儿采用平阳霉素瘤体内注射进行治疗,观察组采用无水酒精瘤体内注射进行治疗,分析两组患儿的临床效果. 结果 两组患儿的治疗效果(93.33%,90.00%),相比并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患儿的并发症发生率(5.00%)明显低于对照组(18.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 采用无水酒精瘤体内注射治疗小儿体表血管瘤,安全可靠,能够有效促使瘤体的生长停止和减退,建议在临床上进一步推广.%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of anhydrous alcohol intratumoral injection in treatment of infantile su-perficial hemangioma. Methods 120 cases of patients with infantile superficial hemangioma treated in our hospital from November 2012 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with pingyangmycin intratumoral injection, the observation group were treated with?anhydrous alcohol intratu-moral injection, the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no obvious difference in the treat-ment effect between the two groups, ((93.33 vs 90.00%)(P<0.05) , however, the incidence of the complications in the ob-servation group was obviously lower than that in the control group (5.00%vs 18.33%) and the difference was obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion Anhydrous alcohol intratumoral injection in treatment of infantile superficial hemangioma is safe and re-liable, which can effectively promote the growth and decline of tumor, and it is suggested to be further promoted in clinic.
