蔗渣微晶纤维素的制备及性能测定

         

摘要

蔗渣是甘蔗经机械压榨、浸提后所得部分,最主要的成分是纤维素,约占40%~50%,大多以结晶态存在,作为一种纤维原料而言,具有很大的优越性.本研究以蔗渣为原料,制备医药行业中的一种多功能辅料-微晶纤维素.微晶纤维素是一种新型药用辅料,它由纤维素经部分酸水解,收集其中的结晶部分干燥、粉碎而成.蔗渣经过预处理、脱色、酸水解和喷雾干燥的方法制成微晶纤维素,制成的蔗渣微晶纤维素为浅黄色粉末,具有良好的流动性和溶胀性.将微晶纤维素直接压片之后进行了片剂崩解度和溶出性实验,为蔗渣微晶纤维素在药物压片中的有效应用提供参考.正交试验结果表明最佳酸水解条件是:Na2SO3浓度3.0%、HCl浓度5.0%、水解温度95℃、水解时间60min,制备得率为73.8%,微晶纤维素含量为99.5%.%Bagasse is the residues after mechanical pressing and extraction of sugarcane. The main ingredient in bagasse is about 40% ~ 50% of cellulose, mostly in crystal state, which has great advantages as a kind of fibrous materials. This study use bagasse as raw materials to prepare a new additives in Pharmaceutical Industry - microcrystalline cellulose. Microcrystalline cellulose is made by partial acid hydrolysis of cellulose, the crystalline portion is collected, dried and grinded. In this study, the process includes pre - preparation, decolonization, acid hydrolysis and spray drying. The MCC is light yellow powder, with good fluidity and hydroseopicity. The MCC tablet was made from powder and its disintegration and dissolution are tested for the reference of its application in pharmacy. The best acid hydrolysis condition determined by orthogonal experiment is: Na2So3 3. 0%/HCl 5. 0% , under 95℃ for 60 minutes. The yield of MCC reaches 73. 8% with cellulose content of 99. 5%.
