不同粗蛋白质水平下酸化剂和益生素对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

         

摘要

The experiment was conducted to study effects of different levels of crude protein diet supplement with acid-ifier and probiotics combinations on the growth and slaughter performance of the broilers.192 healthy Kebao 500 broilers at 1-day-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replication of 8 broilers each.Group A was fed diet with conventional di-etary crude protein levels,group B was fed diet with conventional dietary crude protein level and 0.1%acidifiers+probiotics, the protein levels of group C and group D was 1%and 2%lower than that of group B.The experimental lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the growth performance of broiler in group B and C were not significantly affected,compared with group A(P>0.05). Growth performance of group D was lower than that of group A,and the average daily gain in 1~14 d,average feed intake in 1~14 d and 14~28 d were 20.36%,13.13%and 11.14%were lower than those of group A (P<0.05);Dressing percentage,percentage of eviscerated yield with giblet,percentage of eviscerated yield,breast muscle rate,leg muscle rate, subcutaneous fat depth,abdominal fat rate,cooking rate of breast muscle and leg muscle of broilers in group B,C,D were not significantly affected,compared with group A (P>0.05),drip water loss rate of breast muscle and leg muscle of group B,C, D were 24.22%,29.65%,31.20%,19.96%,19.23%and 20.51%lower than those of group A (P<0.05).The study indicated that 0.1%of acidifiers and probiotics additives consisting of a percentage point lower than the normal feed ration crude pro-tein levels,growth and carcass performance of broilers could achieve feeding effect of normal levels of crude protein feed ra-tion,and meat quality was improved by lower drip water loss.%为研究不同饲料粗蛋白质水平下酸化剂和益生素对肉鸡生长和屠宰性能的影响,本试验选择健康1日龄“科宝500”肉仔鸡192只,随机分成4组(A、B、C、D),每组6个重复,每个重复8只,A组饲喂常规粗蛋白质(CP)水平日粮;B组饲喂常规CP水平日粮并添加0.1%酸化剂和益生素;C组饲喂比常规日粮低1个百分点CP水平的日粮并添加0.1%酸化剂和益生素;D组饲喂比常规日粮低2个百分点CP水平的日粮并添加0.1%酸化剂和益生素。试验期42 d。结果表明:B组和C组肉鸡的各生长性能指标与A组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05),D组肉鸡的各生长性能指标均较A组低,且1~14 d的平均日增重、1~14 d和14~28 d的平均日采食量较A组分别降低20.36%、13.13%和11.14%(P<0.05);B组、C组和D组的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率、皮脂厚、胸肌和腿肌的熟肉率与A组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05),胸肌和腿肌的滴水损失率分别较A 组降低24.22%、29.65%、31.20%和19.96%、19.23%、20.51%(P<0.05)。综上所述,在低于常规饲料1个百分点CP水平日粮中添加0.1%酸化剂和益生素,肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能可达到常规饲料CP水平日粮的饲喂效果,并能通过降低滴水损失来改善肉质。
