甘草多糖的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用

Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide could improve animal production performance,increase immunity and disease resistance.The article summarized the biological function of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide and its application in animal pro-duction,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the wide application of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide.%甘草多糖具有提高动物生产性能，增强免疫力和抗病力等功能。本文就甘草多糖的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用作一综述，以期为甘草多糖的广泛应用提供理论依据。
