围产期奶牛免疫功能障碍及其发生原因

摘要

围产期奶牛免疫功能障碍是导致乳房炎、子宫炎等疾病发病率提高的主要诱因，严重影响着奶牛的健康及牛奶品质。了解围产期奶牛免疫功能障碍的发生原因，对于提早采取有效措施降低产后疾病发生率，进而提高乳品质具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文综述了围产期奶牛免疫功能障碍及其发生原因。%Dairy cows experience reduced immune function during the transition period from 3 weeks prior to calving to 3 weeks postpartum.This immunosuppression results in an increased incidence of mastitis and metritis,which impact the health of the cows and then result in decreasing milk yield and quality.Therefore,understanding the causes of immunosup-pression during the periparturient period has the important theoretical and practical significance on the establishment of nutritional strategies early enough to reduce postpartum incidence of diseases.This paper provided a brief overview of im-mune dysfunction in periparturient dairy cows and its causes.
