羧甲基壳聚糖硒对小鼠生长性能、血液硒含量及抗氧化功能的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of carboxymethyl chitosan selenium on growth per-formance,blood selenium content and antioxidation capacity in mice.One hundred and twenty KM mice,female and male in half,were randomly assigned into three dietary treatment groups for a 28 days study,which were fed basal diets,basal diets supplemented with sodium selenite and basal diets supplemented with carboxymethyl chitosan selenium ,respectively. The results showed that feed intake and feed/gain ratio(F/G)in T2 group were 5.24%,8.66%and 4.27%,4.29%lower than those in T1 group and C group,while there were no significant differences in feed intake,F/G and weight gains of mice a-mong T2 group,T1 group and C group(P > 0.05).Blood selenium contents and plasma total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) levels in T2 group were 78.95%(P<0.01),17.50%(P<0.01)and 17.24%(P<0.05),8.05%(P<0.05)higher than those in C group and T1 group,blood selenium contents and plasma T-AOC levels in T1group were 52.63%(P < 0.05)and 8.75%(P<0.05)higher than those of C group.Blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)activities in T2 group and T1 group were 24.65%(P < 0.01)and 14.13%(P < 0.05)higher than that of C group.Blood GSH-Px activities in T2 group were 9.22% higher than that in T1 group (P > 0.05).Plasma malonaldehyde (MDA) contents in T2 group were 29.40%(P <0.01) and 18.66%(P < 0.05)lower than that in C group and T1 group.Plasma MDA contents in T1 group were 13.21%(P< 0.05)lower than that in C group .The results indicated that carboxymethyl-chitosan selenium supplementation could in-crease blood selenium content and antioxidant capacity in mice,and its effects were better than sodium selenite in mice. While carboxymethyl-chitosan selenium had no effect on growth performance in mice.%为研究羧甲基壳聚糖硒对小鼠生长性能、血液硒含量及抗氧化功能的影响,本试验将120只KM小鼠(雌雄各半),随机均分为C组、TI组和T2组,分别喂基础日粮、添加亚硒酸钠的基础日粮和添加羧甲基壳聚糖硒的基础日粮,试验持续28 d。结果表明:T2组小鼠采食量和料重比较C组和T1组分别降低了5.24%、8.66%和4.27%、4.29%;但T2组、T1组和C组间小鼠的采食量、料重比及增重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。 T2组小鼠全血硒含量和血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),较C组和T1组分别提高了78.95%(P <0.01)、17.50%(P <0.01)和17.24%(P <0.05)8.05%(P<0.05);T1组小鼠全血硒含量和血浆T-AOC较C组分别提高了52.63%(P<0.05)和8.75%(P<0.05)。 T2组和T1组小鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性分别较C 组提高了24.65%(P <0.01)和14.13%(P <0.05);T2组小鼠全血GSH-Px活性较T1组提高了9.22%,但未达差异显著水平(P>0.05)。 T2组小鼠血浆丙二醛(MDA )含量分别较C组和T1组降低了29.40%(P<0.01)和18.66%(P<0.05);T1组小鼠血浆MDA 含量较C组降低了13.21%(P<0.05)。结果提示:羧甲基壳聚糖硒能够提高小鼠血液硒含量和抗氧化能力,其效果优于亚硒酸钠;羧甲基壳聚糖硒对小鼠生长性能无影响。
