桔梗多糖的提取工艺优化及其免疫活性测定

摘要

本试验主要研究了桔梗多糖的提取工艺及免疫活性，通过响应面分析法确定桔梗多糖提取的最佳工艺条件，即液料比21，超声波功率228 W，乙醇浓度84%，超声时间33 min。同时，研究表明桔梗多糖具有较好的刺激淋巴细胞增殖的功能，有较强的体外免疫活性。%This study mainly discussed the extraction of polysaccharide from platycodon grandiflorum and its immune activity.The optimum extraction condition of polysaccharide from platycodon grandiflorum was determined by response surface method,such as the solution and material ratio of 21,ultrasonic power of 228 W,ethanol concentration of 84%,and ultrasonic time of 33 min.And polysaccharide from platycodon grandiflorum had strong proliferative effects to leukomono-cyte and immune activity in vitro.
