Vitamin C is essential vitamin for animal growth and development.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties,synthesis,physiological function of vitamin C and its application in animal husbandry were reviewed.%维生素 C 是动物生长发育过程中不可缺少的一种维生素。本文就维生素 C 的理化性质、合成、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用作一综述。
