木薯渣对育肥兔生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响

             

摘要

木薯渣是木薯加工淀粉?酒精等后的下脚料,其营养成分丰富.为获得新西兰育肥兔经济型饲料配方,探讨木薯渣在兔生产中使用的可行性,本试验将32 只90 日龄的健康新西兰肉兔随机平均分成2 组,公母各半.结果表明:试验组生产性能与对照组相比,日增重提高19.7%(P < 0.05),料重比较对照组提高0.3%;腹泻率高出1.6%,料重比和腹泻率差异都不显著(P > 0.05).消化率试验组与对照组相比,粗蛋白质高11.8%(P < 0.01),粗纤维试验组比对照组高5.8%(P < 0.05),粗脂肪?灰分和无氮浸出物差异不显著(P > 0.05).试验组的饲料单价较对照组降低0.33元/kg,且平均每千克增重成本较对照组降低了11.3%,在新西兰肉兔育肥过程中具有明显经济效益.综上,木薯渣的饲料化利用不仅可以节省饲料资源,降低养殖成本,还能减少环境污染.%Cassava residue is the base material of cassava processing starch and alcohol,and it is rich in nutrients.In order to obtain the economical feed formula of New Zealand fattening rabbits,the feasibility of using cassava residue in rabbit production was discussed.A total of 32 healthy 90-days New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups.Each group contain the equal male and female.The results showed that the daily gain in experimental group increased by 19.7%(P < 0.05)compared with that of the control group. The feed conversion ratio and the diarrhea rate in experimental group were 0.3% and 1.6% higher than that of the control group,respectivelly,and the difference between the feed weight ratio and the diarrhea rate in both group was not significant(P>0.05).For the digestibility,the crude protein and the crude fiber in experimental group were 11.8%(P < 0.01)and 5.8%(P < 0.05)higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference among the crude fat,ash and the nitrogen free extract(P > 0.05).The unit price of the experimental group was reduced by 0.33 yuan/kg compared with that of the control group,and the average cost per kilogram was 11.3% lower than that of the control group,which lead to have an obvious economic benefits during the New Zealand meat rabbit fattening.The utilization of cassava residue not only could save the feed resources,reduce the cost of farming,but also could reduce the environmental pollution.
