基于区间层次分析法的煤尘爆炸引火源风险评估

     

摘要

随着我国煤矿开采机械化和电气化程度的不断提高,诱发煤尘爆炸引火源的种类和出现频率也随之增加。为准确反映矿井煤尘爆炸事故中引火源的危险度,构建了3级煤尘爆炸引火源风险评估指标体系,应用区间层次分析法对各层次评价指标的权重进行了计算,认为出现频率最大的4个主要引火源因素分别是:炸药未按规定使用、设备短路、机械设备撞击火花及漏电。通过评估找出了煤尘爆炸引火源中安全性最薄弱的环节,为煤尘爆炸事故的防治提供了科学依据。%With the coal mining mechanization in our country and the improvement of electrification degree,the types of ignition source inducing coal dust explosion and its frequency are also increasing.To accurately reflect the risk of ignition source in mine coal dust ex⁃plosion accidents,the 3⁃level risk assessment index system of ignition source which leads to dust explosion was built,interval analytic hierarchy process was applied to calculate the weight of each level evaluation index.Results show that,four main factors with the maxi⁃mum occurrence frequency are:using explosives not according to stipulations, short⁃circuit equipment, mechanical equipment strike sparks and leakage.Through relevant assessments,the weakest link existing in safety of ignition source was determined,and these con⁃clusions can offer a scientific basis for prevention and control of coal dust explosion accident.
