高应力松散破碎围岩巷道控制技术研究

     

摘要

李雅庄矿回采巷道埋深超过500 m,围岩应力高,受断层影响巷道围岩松散破碎,巷道顶板下沉严重,两帮移近量大.测试了巷道围岩地质力学参数,结合巷道支护情况和变形特征,分析了巷道变形机理,提出了巷道围岩控制技术,并进行井下试验.研究结果表明:巷道布置方向应参考地应力分布情况,巷道布置不合理时顶板会沿轴向一直出现网包;巷道围岩应力高且松散破碎,支护强度不足是巷道变形严重的主要原因;通过提高锚杆直径长度和强度等级、采用新型锚杆托盘、提高锚杆锚索预紧力水平、打设帮锚索、顶板铺金属网和钢筋网双层网等措施加强支护强度,解决了该矿高应力松散破碎围岩巷道变形量大的支护难题.%The buried depth of coal winning roadway in Liyazhuang Coal Mine is more than 500 m,stress of surrounding rock is high,roadway surrounding rock mass is loose broken when affected by faults,the sinking of the roof is serious,and the displacement of the two sides is large,and the geomechanical parameters of roadway surrounding rock have been tested.Combined with roadway supporting and deformation characteristics,the deformation mechanism of roadway has been determined.The control technology of roadway surrounding rock has been put forward,and underground test has been carried out.The study results showed that,The distribution of geostress should be taken into account in the direction of roadway layout.When the layout of the roadway is not reasonable,the roof will always appear in the net along the axial direction.The stress of the roadway surrounding rock is high and loose and broken.The lack of support strength is the main reason for the serious deformation of the roadway.By improving the length and strength level of anchor rod,adopting new anchor tray,improving the pretension level of anchor cable,setting up supporting anchor cable,laying steel net and reinforcing steel mesh double layer net,and so on,the support stress can be improved,the problem of large deformation of roadway in high stress and loose broken rock in Liyazhuang Coal Mine was also solved.
