急倾斜中厚煤层水平分段液压支架放顶煤开采技术研究

         

摘要

At present,there is no mature mining method for the steep coal seam with the thickness of 4 ~ 8 meters,in this paper,taking A9 steeply inclined coal seam in Tuokexun Coal Mine as an object,the thickness of A9 steeply inclined coal seam is 4.5 to 8.7 meters,dip angle of coal seam is 78° ~ 86°,industrial test research was carried out for the top coal mining by using horizontal sectional hydraulic supports.Within the mining area,the coal seam is divided into sections of 10 meters' height along the direction of the incline,the horizontal return airway was built on the upper part of each section,and the horizontal headentry was constructed on the lower part of each section.In mining area border,the cutting holes were built to connect the horizontal return airway and the horizontal headentry,and the whole production system of working face was formed.Combined caving hydraulic support were settled along the coal seam in the positions of cutting holes,and the scraper conveyor of the horizontal headentry passes through the combined support,and extends to the back of support.the caved coal was transmitted from scraper conveyor of working face,and to the belt conveyor of mining zone,finally,to the coal bunker of mining zone.The technology has many advantages,such as high production efficiency,advancing speed,high recovery ratio as well as good security,and better economic benefits were obtained.%针对目前急倾斜4~8m中厚煤层还没有成熟的开采方法,通过对托克逊煤矿A9急倾斜中厚煤层(煤层厚度4.5~8.7m,煤层倾角78° ~ 86.)进行水平分段液压支架放顶煤开采工业性试验研究,在采区内,将同一煤层沿倾向划分为段高10 m的区段,各区段上部沿煤层走向布置工作面回风平巷,区段下部沿煤层走向布置工作面运输平巷.在采区边界处,布置工作面切眼,沟通运输平巷和回风平巷,构成工作面生产系统.在运输平巷切眼处沿煤层走向安设放顶煤组合液压支架,运输平巷刮板输送机从两副支架中间穿过延伸到支架后部,放落的顶煤经工作面刮板输送机→采区胶带输送机—→采区煤仓.该技术开采具有生产效率高,机械化程度高,工人劳动强度低,采出率高、安全性好等优点,取得了较好的经济效益.
