高耐磨、低生热全钢子口耐磨胶配方设计

         

摘要

将反式异戊二烯(TPI)引入到全钢子午线轮胎子口耐磨胶的配方设计中,研究了生胶体系、填充体系和硫化体系对胶料物理、机械和加工性能的影响.结果表明,TPI的加入能够改善填料的分散性能;与不含有TPI的1#参比配方相比,在保持了良好加工性能的同时,2#配方的DIN磨耗提高了20%,胶料的耐疲劳性有了显著的提高,生热有了一定的降低.%Trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)was introduced in the design of Truck and Bus Radial Tire (TBR)gum chafer compound.The effect of rubber,filler and curing system on the physical,me-chanical properties and processibility were investigated systimatically.The result indicated that a better dispertion can be obtained with the TPI added.Compared to 1# reference compound,which did not contain TPI,the DIN wear resistance was improved 20 percent for 2# compound.Besides,a better fa-tigue performance and lower heat generation were obtained with good processability.
