关于新建大型综合医院信息化建设思考

摘要

Through the investigation and research of general hospitals, condering hospital construction problems encountered in the course, the informationization construction of new general hospital is demonstrated from the aspects of construction background, needs, process and objective, which has to firmly grasp the orientation and development objective, EHR(electronic health records)-centered,hospital management-centered, be gifted with advanced, security and stability, openness and scalability, integrity, operability, economy.%通过对大型综合医院的考察调研,结合医院建设过程中所遇到的问题,从建设背景、需求、过程与目标四个方面分别对新建大型综合医院的信息化建设进行全面论述,指出建设过程中应牢牢抓住医院定位及发展目标,建立以电子病历和医院管理为核心的信息系统,必须具备先进性、安全性和稳定性、开放性和可扩展性、完整性、可操作性、经济性六大特点.
