医院奖金分配管理系统设计及应用

     

摘要

Objective: In order to meet the management requirements of bonus allocation in hospital, we developed this system that not only giving responsibility and power to the director of Departments, but also regulating the bonus allocation. Methods: Based on accounting of total costing, we designed this bonus allocation management system. With means of the director responsibility system, we set up employees' bonus cards, constituted internet platform and bonus allocation management system. Results: With running this management system, the hospital achieved the two-level allocation mechanism that hospital allocates bonus to department and department allocates bonus to employees,feedback the result of allocation to the unified supervision in hospital, and achieved cashless processing. Conclusion:With this bonus allocation management system, we regulated management system in the hospital while brought convenience to the employees and has got a good result in application.%目的:满足医院奖金分配管理要求,既将奖金分配责权下放科室,又能集中监管科室及个人的奖金分配状况.方法:在医院全成本核算基础上建立奖金分配系统,以科室负责制为手段,建立职工奖金卡,构建网上奖金分配平台和奖金分配管理系统.结果:使用奖金分配管理系统后,实现了医院分配到科室及科室负责人,科室分配到个人的二级分配机制,实现了分配结果反馈到医院统一审核监管的目的,同时实现了分配过程"无现金"操作.结论:通过奖金分配管理系统的应用,方便职工的同时也规范了管理,具有良好的应用效果.
