Disclosed are a hospital dispensing management method, a server, a client, and a dispensing apparatus and system. According to the method, management is performed by means of a server, a client and a medical product dispensing apparatus, wherein the server, the client and the medical product dispensing apparatus work collaboratively to implement management. By means of remote examination and identity authentication, and an intelligent medicine delivery prompt and flexible medicine acquisition method, insofar as an existing medicine examination procedure is not affected, some medicine is stored in a ward or an operating room such that medical care personnel directly acquire the medicine, thus simplifying the medicine delivery procedure, improving the operation efficiency of a hospital medicine management system and saving on labor costs.
