瓦片式算法在家庭网络环境实现高分辨率医学影像实时浏览与传输的研究

         

摘要

High resolution medical image has been widely noted. But as a result of the network bandwidth, communication cost, thernmedical image database sharing has been restricted. According to the usage of Tile algorithm in GIS Map data cutting, and the idea ofrntransmitting as required, the Tile algorithm could be a new method to reduce the size of the medical image which needs to transmitrnwithout reduction of the image quality that could help to reduce the cost of remote medical image. This paper also designed a webrnremote medical image communicating system based on web that the users do not need any software or plug-m, and the system workedrnwell for common Home Network users as tested.%以DIC0M影像为主的高分辨率医学影像数据共享在医学信息化领域有着重要意义.由于网络带宽、通信成本等原因,使得医学影像资源共享受到较大限制.借鉴GIS瓦片式切图算法对地理影像数据分割存储、按需传输的思想,移植到医学影像共享服务,通过自主推导的公式模型,在保证医学影像质量无损伤的前提下,大幅度压缩远程浏览时的影像传输信息量,为医学影像的低成本远程交流提供一种新的思路.并以此为基础设计了一套Web远程医学影像浏览平台,确保用户无需安装任何软件/插件,以普通家庭网络连接方式流畅浏览高分辨率影像数据.经过验证,效果理想.
