区域卫生信息平台人员身份整合架构及策略初探

         

摘要

介绍了一种区域卫生信息平台的人员身份整合架构及策略,其主要原理是,根据身份信息的来源、应用需求及其可靠性、可变性特点,使用主从表结合的存储架构,并采用合并或关联的方式进行整合,同时利用“小概率事件原理”来解决数据不一致情况下的覆盖问题.提出的整合架构及策略已经被应用在一些区域卫生项目中,并取得了较好的结果.%In this paper, an architecture and its corresponding strategy for integration of persons' ID information in the field ofrnRegional Health Information Platform is proposed, whose main principle is followed, according to the source of ID information, itsrnreliability and variability, and application requirements, the architecture of combination of the main-table and sub-tables is adoptedrnfor data storage. Moreover, the strategy of combination or association is used for integration, and the "principle of small probabilityrnevent is used to solve the override problem when data inconsistence occurs. This architecture and strategy of integration is practicedrnin some projects of Regional Health, and proved to be effect.
