门诊“一卡通”系统设计与实现

     

摘要

This text start with many times which the outpatient gone back and forth to cashier's office commence, reduce the linkrnwhich is not important,simplificate medical advice process, put forward and designed the outpatient service on "one card" systemrnsystem.The system can effectively shorten the consulting hours of outpatient, raise the work efficiency of hospital. "One card"rnsystem pierce through each business of outpatient service system and clear to design way of thinking, it's overall to include scope, andrnthe account information can run through each business systems efficiency, accuracy, safety, the train of thought can be learned andrnsimulated by each other hospitals.%从门诊病人多次往返于收费处环节入手,削减不必要环节,简化就诊流程,提出并设计了全新门诊“一卡通”账户系统,该系统能有效缩短病人就诊时间,提高医院的工作效率.“一卡通”账户系统设计贯穿门诊各项业务范围,系统设计思路清晰,涵盖范围全面,并且账户信息能在其他业务系统中高效、准确、安全地传输.
