Health care costs excessive growth has caused widespread concern in the countries of the world. In recent years, massrnmedical treatment is difficult and expensive has become the focus of attention of our community and a hot debate, the governmentrnis determined to solve livelihood problems. Excessive growth of medical costs are many reasons, but the economics of health carernservices features and dynamic mechanism analysis, to change the payment to the hospital, an important measure to control the growthrnof medical costs is unreasonable.
