Objective: clinical application of the patients with head and facial deformity advantages and disadvantages using computer-aided technology. Methods: 263 patients with head and facial deformity were designed using mimics software. Results: According to pre-operation design, operating repair and post-operation effective was evaluated, 263 patients suffering from facial asymmetry obtained good results. Conclusions: To design individual models with computer-aided design technology is a useful method for treatment of facial deformity, which short operation time and complication, improve accurately.%目的:总结头面部畸形患者修复中,计算机辅助技术的临床应用优缺点.方法:利用Mimics,软件对263例眶颧外伤、先天颅面畸形、颌骨畸形、头部肿瘤术后以及要求轮廓整形的临床患者进行辅助设计,并利用颅颌面外科经典的充分截骨、坚强内固定、良好复位等技术进行畸形的修复.结果:从手术前定量的诊断、手术中修复方案的筛选到手术后效果评价,技术成熟完善,顺利完成263例患者救治.结论:计算机辅助救治技术可以在临床中推广应用,并发症减少,手术时间缩短,手术的精确度提高.
