适应临床路径变异的工作流动态模型设计

摘要

临床路径在实施过程中存在着进入路径后可能发生变异等不确定性因素，变异是临床路径实施过程中的最大障碍，也是临床路径管理的重点。变异的发生不可避免，而传统的临床路径信息系统不能实现在执行中修改流程，将工作流的动态模型引入临床路径信息系统，支持在路径变异中的业务需求动态变更，及时处理路径执行过程中的变异，提高了临床路径信息系统的灵活性和适应性。%After entering the clinical path way there are variability and uncertainty factors in the implementation process. Variation is the biggest obstacle of the clinical pathway. Variation is also the focus of the clinical pathway management. The variation is unavoidable, while traditional clinical pathway information system can not be achieved in the implementation of changes to processes. In this paper, the dynamic model of workflow is introduced into clinical pathway information system, It supports dynamic changes of the business needs in the path variation and handles the variation of the implementation process in time. It improves the flexibility and adaptability of the clinical pathway information system.
