微博客在医疗行业的应用初探

摘要

主要从三个角度对微博客在医疗行业的应用进行探讨，其中主要包括：微博客的定义、微博在行业中的应用和在医疗行业发展中的讨论和展望。了解微博在医疗卫生服务中的应用情况，提高国内医疗行业对微博等社会媒体工具的重视。介绍微博应用于医疗卫生服务的情况及评价其优势和不足之处。结果与结论：微博目前主要用于信息搜集、学术交流、医务人员继续教育和患者咨询服务等方面，具有便捷、实时、高效传播、成本低廉、互动性强等优势，但由于其目标群体不确定、信息的有效性无法衡量、技术不完善等因素，目前只能作为科学研究的辅助工具。%Application of Microblog in medical industry is discussed mainly from three perspectives, including the definition of Microblog, application of Microblog in the industry and discussion and outlook of future development of Microblog in the medical industry. Application of Microblog in the medical and health services is understood, and level of interest on Microblog and other social media tools of domestic medical industry are improved. Application of Microblog in the medical and health services is introduced, and its advantages and disadvantages are evaluated. Results and conclusion: Microblog now is mainly used for information gathering, academic exchanges, continuing education of medical staffs, consulting services of patients, etc. It has convenient, real-time, efficient transmission, low cost, interactive and other advantages. But because target groups have not been confirmed, information effectiveness cannot be measured and the technique is not prefect, at present it can only used as an auxiliary tool of scientific research.
