基于电子病历的区域医疗质量监管平台设计研究

摘要

How to promote the regional integration management of medical quality by means of IT is currently the heat topic of study. By the heterogeneous medical data integration, data extraction and quality control reminders, the regional quality management platform based on EMR is designed. The platform supports the functions of feeding back the results to medical organizations and analyzing the quality control results. The platform provides the foundation for regional management decision-making, promotes the improvement of the regional health quality.%借助信息化手段推进医疗质量的区域一体化管理是当前医疗质量研究的前沿，通过异构医疗数据集成、自然语言数据抽取和基于消息的质控提醒技术，设计基于电子病历的区域医疗机构质量监管平台，可实时监测并反馈质控结果，对质控结果进行统计和分析，为区域卫生宏观与微观管理决策提供依据，提升区域内各级医疗机构整体质量。
