军队医院经济管理信息平台应用实践与成效

摘要

目的：充分发挥军队医院经济管理信息平台（以下简称“平台”）的作用，深化医院全成本核算工作。方法：采用科学筹划、周密组织、加强研究、狠抓落实，积极稳妥地推进策略。结果：“平台”运行平稳，实现了医院的一本电子账和经济闭环管理。结论：“平台”建设为实现军队医院现代财经管理提供了必要的基础工程。%Objective: To fully exert effect of military hospital economic management information platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"), and to deepen work of hospital whole cost accounting. Method: Using promoting strategy with scientific plan, detailed organization, strengthened research, sound implementation and active and steady steps. Result: Platform run steadily, and thus realized hospital's one electronic account book and closed-loop economic management. Conclusion: Platform construction provided essential basic project that enabled military hospital modern financial management.
