基于元数据文件存储的医疗大数据平台研究与实现

摘要

目的:构建一个医疗大数据平台解决医疗海量异构数据的挖掘利用问题.方法:基于元数据文件存储模式,构建具有数据抽取、迁移、爬取、搜索引擎等模块的医疗大数据平台.结果:本平台比传统数据处理方法速度更快、扩展更灵活、稳定性更高、造价更低.结论:医疗大数据平台可对医疗数据带来创新性的管理和应用.%Objective: Construction of a medical big data platform to solve the medical use of vast amounts of heterogeneous data. Methods: A method for building a medical Big Data platform based on metadata file storage that has data extraction, migration, crawling and search engine modules is proposed and practiced. Results: This platform than the traditional data processing method is faster, more flexible expansion, higher stability, lower cost. Conclusion: The medical big data platform can bring innovative management and application of medical data.
