基于BI数据分析的门诊业务优化研究

         

摘要

目的:研究内蒙古医科大学附属医院门诊业务数据的变化趋势和特点,对医院的门诊资源配置等提供决策依据。方法:结合商务智能分析工具和显著性检验等统计分析方法,对内蒙古医科大学附属医院2011到2013年的门诊数据进行年度、月度、周期、日间等不同层次的分析,得到门诊患者量呈现的变化特点,然后使用显著性检验等数据分析方法验证所发现的变化。结果:门诊业务量逐年增加导致医师工作压力增大,经过出诊人次的及时调整后得到明显改善;统计分析显示,门诊挂号以周为单位表现的变化最为明显。结论:可以通过以周为单位的医师出诊人次调整提高门诊服务质量,使资源配置更加合理。%Objective:Study the changing trends and characteristics of the Affiliated Hospital of Mongolia Medical College's outpatient business data to give some decision basis about outpatient resource allocation. Methods:Combined with business intelligence analysis tools and statistical analysis such as significant test to analysis the outpatient business data of the Affiliated Hospital of Mongolia Medical College from different levels such as annual, monthly, weekly and so on. All the data produced by the hospital in the year of 2011-2013. Some features have been found. Then we conduct significant test to validate the discovery. Results:Outpatient business volume increased year by year, resulting in increased pressure of doctor and has been improved significantly after adjustment; on the other hand, statistical analysis showed that the amount of patient registration changing for weekly is most obvious. Conclusion: Doctors scheduling adjustments conducted on a weekly basis could improve the outpatient service quality and make the resource allocation more rational.
