摘要

In China today, facing the fierce competition in the medical service market, optimization of hospital's business process is an effective way to promote quality of hospital's medical service and management, minimize operation costs, and increase the economic benefit. It is known that optimization of the queuing system is a key to the optimization of the whole out-patient process. In this paper, the authors have employed Queuing Theory to study the queuing problems in a given hospital's registration and charging business process; moreover, according to the research results the authors have put forward some suggestions on how to optimize the hospital's queuing system.
