临床数据中心（CDR）的临床应用效果评价

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the clinical application effect of Clinical Data Repository (CDR). Methods: The usage for our medical staff who used the clinical application of CDR-360°Clinical Portal from Feb to Sep 2014 were performed statistical analysis. We analyze some effect evaluation indexes such as the primary focus, peak hours and so on. Results: After training our staff how to use the 360°Clinical Portal in March, the percentage of the patients who were used 360°Clinical Portal increased from 7.93%to 28.09%. As a result of the JCI Accreditation, the percentage of our medical staff who used the Portal increased from 15.51% in February to 40.82%in September. Conclusion:The construction of the CDR will provide the complete and unified data for clinical treatment and scientific research. Based on the clinical application of CDR can strengthen the business cooperation and increase efficiency of the hospital business.%目的：探讨临床数据中心（CDR）的临床应用效果。方法：对2014年2月至2014年9月复旦大学附属儿童医院医护人员使用CDR临床视图应用的情况进行分析，重点从患者和医护人员视角观察浏览内容、使用高峰等效果评价指标。结果：经过全院使用培训后，医生使用患者360视图协助诊疗的患者数占比从7.93%提升到28.09%。之后由于JCI评审，再次提高了医务人员对该应用的关注度，使用人数占比从2月份的15.51%上升至9月份的40.82%。结论：临床数据中心（CDR）的建设将为医疗临床和科研提供完整统一的数据，基于CDR的临床应用可以加强业务协同，提升医院业务效率。
