电子压疮评估报告系统的建立与应用

摘要

Objective:To develop electronic assessment and reporting system of pressure ulcers and standardize the management of pressure ulcers of the hospital. Methods:Based on the integrated nursing management system, we developed the electronic assessment and reporting system of pressure ulcers to realize on-line reporting and data analysis and so on. Results:During the two years of application of the system, the assessment and reporting process of pressure ulcers is more smoothly and data analysis is more convenient. The prevalence of pressure ulcers among inpatient was 2.016% and the incidence of pressure ulcers was 0.196%. Conclusions:The electronic assessment and reporting system of pressure ulcers can meet the need of hospital safety culture, increase efficiency of nursing management and realize standardization of pressure ulcers management.%目的:开发电子压疮评估报告系统,实现全院压疮的规范化管理.方法:依托护理综合信息系统,开发压疮评估报告系统,实现网上信息填报、数据汇总分析等功能.结果:系统运行两年以来,全院压疮评估报告流程更为顺畅、数据统计分析更为便捷,住院患者压疮现患率为2.016%,发生率为0.196%.结论:电子压疮评估报告系统满足了医院安全建设的需求,提高了护理管理效率,实现了医院压疮规范化管理.
