医院信息科运维系统设计与实现

     

摘要

Objective: The aim of paper is to change the current paper-based registration mode which most hospital information' s records of operation and maintenance is used to effectively classify for information failures, and improve work efficiency of operation and maintenance technicians, and quantitative analysis workload statistics IT personnel. Methods: Though using of B/S architecture of web-browsing, utilizing SSH framework (Struts + Hibernate + Spring) of JAVA language, it realize that various types of software and hardware information equipment operation and fault handling are all-digital hospital. Results: To achieve a recording and tracking hospital information department operation and maintenance workflow, reproducibility can discover the root problem, improve troubleshooting efficiency, mastery of staff workload and performance assessment provides a scientific reference data. Conclusion: After nearly six months of testing, operation and maintenance department run hospital information system is relatively stable, replacing the traditional paper registration, enabling a hospital information department operation and maintenance work of standardization, digitized and quantified.%目的:改变当前医院信息科对运维记录采用的纸质登记方式,针对信息故障有效地进行分类,提高运维技术人员的工作效率,定量分析统计信息技术人员的工作量。方法:利用B/S架构的Web的浏览方式,采用JAVA语言的SSH框架(Struts+Hibernate+Spring)进行总体设计,将医院的各类软硬件信息设备运行状况和故障处理全数字化。结果:实现了医院信息科运维工作流程的记录与跟踪,可及时发现重复性问题的根节点,提高解决故障的工作效率,对掌握工作人的工作量和绩效考核提供了科学的参考数据。结论:经过近半年的测试,医院信息科运维系统的运行比较稳定,取代了传统的纸质登记方式,实现了医院信息科运维工作的规范化、数字化和定量化。
