绿色通道信息化在急诊抢救中的应用效果评价

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of the information green channel flow in emergency rescue.Methods:Select our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 emergency critically ill patients 845 cases as the experimental group,from July 2013 to December 2014 emergency critically ill patients in 730 cases as control group,compare the green channel flow information before and after the two groups of rescue timeliness,rescue success rate and patient satisfaction.Results:The waiting time and the duration of the salvage chamber were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05),the success rate of rescue and the occupancy rate of the EICU/operating room,and the patient satisfaction were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Informatization of green channel process,has saved operation time and improved the cooperation ability between the related units,has shorten the rescue waiting time of patients and improved the rescue success rate and patient satisfaction,the emergency green channel achieved unblocked and high efficiency.%目的:探讨信息化绿色通道流程在急诊抢救中的应用效果.方法:选取浙江省台州市立医院2015年7月至2016年12月急诊危重患者845例为试验组,2013年7月至2014年12月急诊危重患者730例为对照组,比较绿色通道流程信息化前后两组的抢救及时性、抢救成功率和患者满意度.结果:实验组在等待时间、抢救室滞留时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),抢救成功率、监护室/手术室入住及时率和患者满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:绿色通道流程信息化,节约操作时间,提高相关单元之间的协作能力,缩短了患者的抢救等待时间,提高抢救成功率和患者满意度,实现了急诊绿色通道的畅通、高效.
