基于Hadoop的医疗健康档案大数据平台构建

摘要

目的:构建存储海量数据、承载并行交互计算的、快速实现大数据应用分析需求的医疗健康大数据平台.方法:采用Hadoop框架结构,使用Spark计算框架,SDB分布式数据库技术进行构建.结果:使用大数据技术构建出健康档案大数据平台.结论:将大数据技术应用于健康档案平台,建立新的技术方案与思路.%Objective: Building a medical health big data platform which stores mass data, play parallel interactive computing and meet the analyzing needs of big data application quickly. Methods: Building the system by Hadoop frame structure, spark computing framework, distributed database. Results: Health records platform was build successfully by big data technology. Conclusion: We can get a new technical scheme from the health records platform which use big data technology.
