基于医院临床数据中心的住院病历无纸化建设实践

摘要

目的:通过住院病历无纸化实践,优化住院病历管理工作流程,提高医院整体工作效率.方法:通过建设临床数据中心、患者电子签名系统及电子病历文档库系统,实现各个业务系统中病历的电子化归档及存储.结果:实现了全部住院病历电子化存储与无纸化管理.结论:基于临床数据中心的住院病历无纸化建设对优化医院工作流程,提高医院工作效率起到关键作用.%Objective: To improve the overall efficiency of the hospital by optimizing the in-hospital medical records management process. Methods: Electronic archiving and storage of patient records in various business systems were realized by constructing clinical data center, patient electronic signature system and electronic medical record database system. Results: The electronic records and paperless management of all inpatient records were realized. Conclusion: Paperless construction of hospitalized medical records based on clinical data centers plays a key role in optimizing the hospital workflow and improving hospital efficiency.
