基于大数据的四川省中医优势病种分析

Objective: To understand the distribution and location of the diseases in Sichuan Province, the analysis of the distribution and characteristics of the dominant diseases in the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) case of Sichuan province was carried out. Methods: Select 413,841 medical records which in the first quarter of 2016 of 256 hospitals in 21 cities (states) of Sichuan Province as subjects and records came from Chinese Medicine General Hospital, Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and Ethnic Hospital. And analyze the distribution of TCM-dominant diseases in different levels in the disease system and clinical department. Describe the average hospitalization expenses, days and the rate of TCM treatment at different levels. Results: The resulted showed that the number of predominant diseases of TCM in the secondary and tertiary hospitals was much higher than that of other hospitals and distributed in al clinical departments. The average hospitalization expenses, days and the rate of TCM treatment were higher in the secondary and tertiary hospitals than in the others. Conclusion: The result of the present work implied that the distribution of dominant diseases and related disease systems in different levels of hospitals in Sichuan Province are differentiated, the dominant diseases of hospitals should be clearly defined, and the characteristics and advantages of the first and unrated hospitals should be strengthened.%目的:通过分析四川省中医病案中优势病种的分布状况及特点,了解四川省中医疾病布局、定位.方法:提取四川省2016年第一季度21个市(州)256家中医综合医院、中医专科医院、中西医结合医院及民族医院413841份中医病案作为研究对象,分析不同级别中医优势病种在疾病系统、临床科别分布;描述不同级别医院中医优势病种平均住院天数、费用以及中医参与治疗率.结果:中医优势病种在二、三级医院分布的数目较其他医院多,且各临床科别均有分布;二、三级医院中医优势病种的平均住院费用、天数及中医参与治疗率较其他级别医院高.结论:四川省优势病种及相应的疾病系统在各级医院中的分布有所差异,应明确定位各级医院的优势病种,强化一级、未评级医院的特色优势.
