Objective: To study and analyze of the application effect of the clinical nursing path in obstetrics and gynecological nursing. Methods: 158 patients seeing a doctor in the hospital from December 1st, 2012 to December 1st, 2014 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group. There were 79 cases in each group. The modern clinical routine nursing was given to patients in the control group. The clinical nursing path was given to patients in the observation group on the basis of those provided to the control group. The anxiety and satisfaction of two groups of patients were recorded and compared. Results: The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.67%, while the satisfaction degree of the control group was 74.68%. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group; and patients in the observation group were obviously less anxious than those in the control group; P < 0.05. They were all statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical nursing path can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients and increase the patient satisfaction. It is worthy of the clinical promotion.%目的：研究分析临床护理路径在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2012年12月1日到2014年12月1日期间，在医院就诊的158例患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，各79例。对照组给予患者现代临床常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予患者临床护理路径。分别记录两组患者的焦虑情况及患者满意度情况，并比较。结果：观察组满意度为93.67%，对照组满意度为74.68%，观察组满意度明显高于对照组；且观察组患者焦虑情况明显优于对照组；P＜0.05，均具有统计学意义。结论：临床护理路径可以有效的降低患者的焦虑情况，增加患者满意度，值得临床推广。
