This paper introduce the demand and function of TV drama downsizing production network , analyzed the main business process of System , construct a TV drama downsizing production network , realizes the televi-sion storage, upload, retrieval, editing, broadcast, archive management and other functions .%介绍了电视剧缩编网络的需求与功能，分析了系统的主要业务流程，构建一个面向电视台全台网的电视剧缩编网络，实现了电视剧入库、上载、检索、编辑、播出、存档一体化管理等功能。
