With the rapid development of science and technology,local television stations as the traditional ma-instream media has been depressed by more and more new media such as network,wechat,mobile TV,etc., representing a trend of gradual weakening.Thus this paper expounds some ideas on the future development path of local TV.%随着科技发展的日新月异，地方电视台作为传统的主流媒体已被越来越多的新媒体如网络、手机微信、移动电视等所挤压，呈现出逐渐弱化的趋势。据此，详细阐述了对地方电视台未来发展之路的一些想法。
