中药“犊泻康”对犊牛免疫功能的影响及犊牛腹泻防治效果的研究

摘要

To explore whether the compound preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine Du xie kang have an effect on the the immunization level on the new-born calves,the experience selected 15 healthy and new-born calves from the company of Qingxin Daqing random,which are divided into two test groups and one comparision group.The test group Ⅰ take 200mL (containing about 0.2g/mL) Traditional Chinese Medicine Du xie kang once a day,while the test group Ⅱ take 200mL (containing about 0.4g/mL) Traditional Chinese Medicine Du xie kang once a day and the comparision group take 200mL saline once a day.The situation continued for 7d.The feeding,management and feed valume for calves of each group are the same.At the time of 10,20,30d,take the test of jugular blood RBC C3b receptor rosette formation,E～Rose central generation rate,and the determination of lymphocyte transformation rate.The experiment results show that:the two test groups in the first 10 days of the red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate comparing with the comparision group,the significant differences is (P＜0.05).At the time of 10d,20d the E～Rosette forming rates comparing with the comparision group,the significant difference is (P＜0.01),and in section of 30d the E～Rosette forming rates comparing with the comparision group,the significant differences is (P＜0.05).The two test groups in the first 10d,20d of the lymphocyte transformation rate comparing with the comparision group,the significant difference is (P＜0.01),while in section 30d of the lymphocyte transformation rate comparing with the comparision group,the significant difference is (P＜0.05).The experiment results show that calves fed with Traditional Chinese Medicine Du xie kang,could significantly increase the body's immune function.The observation and experient results show that:the compound preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine Du xie kang have a good effect on controling calf diarrhea.%为探讨中药复方制剂“犊泻康”是否对新生犊牛的免疫水平产生影响,本试验从大庆市庆新牧业有限公司选择15头新生健康犊牛,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验Ⅰ组每日一次灌服200mL(约0.2g/mL)中药制剂“犊泻康”,试验Ⅱ组每日灌服200mL(约0.4g/mL)中药制剂“犊泻康”,对照组每日灌服200mL生理盐水,连续给药7d.各组犊牛饲养管理和基础日粮均相同,分别在第10天、第20天、第30天颈静脉采血并进行红细胞C3b受体花环形成试验、T淋巴细胞E～玫瑰花环试验和淋巴细胞转化率的测定.试验结果显示,两试验组在第10天的红细胞C3b受体花环率与对照组相比,差异显著(P＜0.05)；两试验组在第10天、第20天的E～玫瑰花环形成率分别与对照组相比,差异极显著(P＜0.01),在第30天的E～玫瑰花环形成率分别与对照组相比,差异显著(P＜0.05)；两试验组在第10天、第20天的淋巴细胞转化率与对照组相比,差异极显著(P＜0.01),在第30天的淋巴细胞转化率与对照组相比,差异显著(P＜0.05).试验结果表明,中药制剂“犊泻康”能明显提高犊牛机体的免疫功能,有效防治犊牛腹泻.
