牛多杀性巴氏杆菌疫苗研究进展

摘要

牛巴氏杆菌病是由牛多杀性巴氏杆菌感染所致的一种急性、热性、败血性传染病。该病给养牛业造成巨大经济损失，使用疫苗进行免疫接种是防控本病的主要措施。本文就牛多杀性巴氏杆菌灭活疫苗、弱毒疫苗、亚单位疫苗、基因工程疫苗、联合疫苗及疫苗佐剂比较研究进行综述，以供同行参考。%Pasteurellosis is an acute, febrile and septic disease, which is infected by Pasteurella multocida. Pasteurellosis causes huge economic losses in the cattle industry, and vaccine immunization is considered as main preventive measures against it. The present review provides information on the inactivated vaccine, attenuated vaccine, subunit vaccine, genetical engineering vaccine, combined vaccine and the adjuvant against Pasteurella multocida infection.
