本试验的目的是研究饲喂酸化奶对犊牛生长发育的影响。采取配对设计将40头犊牛分为两组，对照组饲喂常乳，试验组饲喂酸化乳，其饲喂量和饲喂程序相同。结果，饲喂酸化奶母犊的平均日增重比对照组高出25.68%（P<0.05），公犊的日增重与对照组相比差异不显著，但有增长的趋势；两组犊牛的体高、体斜长、胸围、腹围指标无显著差异（P＞0.05）；试验组犊牛的腹泻发病率比对照组低50%。结果显示，饲喂酸化奶可有效促进犊牛的生长发育，降低腹泻发生率。%An experiment was conducted to study the effects of feeding acidiifed milk on growth and development traits of calf. Totally 40 calves were divided into two groups, control group feeding often milk, trial group feeding acidiifed milk, the feeding amount and the feeding program were the same.The female calves of feeding acidiifed milk of higher 25.68%(P<0.05) than the control group on average daily gain, compared with the control group, average daily gain of bull calf was not signiifcant, but there was the trend of growth. From the perspective of calf diarrhea occurrence, the incidence of feeding acidiifed milk calves respectively lower 33.33% and 50% than the control group. Taken together from the calf daily gain, body measurement data,the incidence of diarrhea and the quality of the acidiifed milk, feeding acidiifed milk can effectively promote the calf growth and development, reduce the incidence of calf diarrhea.
