DHI标准物质的稳定性研究

             

摘要

通过使用乳成分分析仪测定DHI标准物质的脂肪、蛋白质和乳糖含量,并采用直线拟合法,分别研究了DHI标准物质在贮藏过程中和运输过程中成分的稳定性。研究结果表明,DHI标准物质在4℃贮藏15d的过程中脂肪、蛋白、乳糖含量基本没有变化,样品贮藏稳定性良好。DHI标准物质在4d的运输试验中,未观测到脂肪、蛋白质和乳糖含量有明显变化,样品运输稳定性良好。%The content of fat, protein and lactose was measured using the Milk Analyzer with the linear fitting method to investigate the stability of the Milk Calibration Samples during the storage and transportation, respectively. The results showed the content of fat, protein and lactose nearly didn’t changed during the 15 days storage at 4℃ which meant the samples had good storage stability.The Aerobic plate count of the Milk Calibration Samples was gradually decreased during the 22days storage and reached below 20 cfu/mL on the twenty-second day some of which was even free of microorganisms. In the 3days transportation experiments, no marked change was observed in the content of fat, protein and lactose. The samples was with good transportation stability.
