德系西门塔尔牛与荷斯坦牛杂交效果分析

     

摘要

In order to deeply understand the efficiency of crossbreeding system using German Fleckvieh sire on Holstein cows, milking, growth, rectal temperature (RT) and temperament traits of different dairy cattle groups, including German Fleckvieh×Holstein in F1 and F2 hybrids and Holstein, were compared and analyzed. The results indicated that, the milk protein percentages in F1 and F2 hybrids were both significantly higher than in Holstein (P<0.05), milk fat percentages in F1 hybrids was significantly higher than in Holstein (P<0.05). No significant difference (P>0.05) for somatic cell score (SCS) and milk urea nitrogen (MUN) observed. The body height of hybrids in 3 mo and 18 mo were both lower than in Holstein, chest circumference and body weight of F1 hybrids in 3mo, 6mo and 18mo were all higher than in Holstein. The crossbred cattle had significantly higher body condition score (BCS) than Holstein (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in RT and temperament score among groups (P>0.05), however the crossbred cattle had lower RT in summer and tend to be more docile than Holstein. In conclusion, preliminary results indicated that in general crossbred cows between German Fleckvieh sire and Holstein dam performed slightly better than Holstein in the experimental farm.%为了解德系西荷杂交繁育体系的遗传改良效果,本研究对比分析了德系西门塔尔牛与荷斯坦牛杂交后代(F1代、F2代)与荷斯坦牛泌乳、生长发育、直肠温度和性情评分等性状.结果显示:西荷F1、F2代的乳蛋白率显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05),西荷F1代的乳脂率显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05),各组间产奶量和体细胞评分差异不显著(P>0.05);西荷牛3月龄和18月龄体高略低于荷斯坦牛,3月龄、6月龄和18月龄西荷F1代胸围和体重均高于荷斯坦牛,西荷牛体况评分显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05);直肠温度及性情评分差异不显著(P>0.05),但西荷牛夏季直肠温度略低于荷斯坦牛,且性情较荷斯坦牛温顺.综合分析,初步表明西荷杂种牛的综合性能略优于荷斯坦牛.
