构建专科医院继续医学教育模式的设想与探索

摘要

Continuing medical education mode is under the guidance of certain education thought and specific target, around the specific theme of teaching activities, to form a relatively stable, systematic and the oretical model of teaching. Constructing reasonable model of continuing medical education will help to integrate and make effective use of teaching resource, environment and conditions, to provide optimal talent cultivation. This article try to discuss the continuing medical education mode of Fuwai Hospital in three aspects, the construction of curriculum system, teaching material construction and teaching staff construction.%继续医学教育模式是在一定的教育思想和培养目标指导下，围绕着教学活动的特定主题，形成相对稳定的、系统化和理论化的教学范型。构建合理的继续医学教育模式将有助于整合并有效利用院内教学资源，提供最优的人才培养环境和条件。本文从课程体系建设、教材建设、师资队伍建设三个角度来探讨阜外心血管病医院在继续医学教育模式构建上的尝试和探索。
