探讨应用无痛胃肠镜诊治消化内科疾病的临床效果

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of painless gastroscopy in the treatment of gastroenterology diseases. Method 80 patients with gastroenterology diseases received from October 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 40 patients respectively. Ordinary gastroscopy treatment was given to control group while experimental group adopted painless gastroscopy treatment. Result Blood pressure and heart rate of patients in both groups variate before and after the treatment while variation in experimental group was less than the control group. The incidence of adverse effect in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group. The overall efficiency of experimental group was 100%, which was higher than the 85% of control group. Conclusion The painless gastroscopy technology has significant effect on treating patients with gastroenterology diseases with less adverse effect.%目的：探讨无痛胃肠镜诊治消化内科疾病的临床应用效果。方法选择我院2012年10月～2014年1月收诊的消化内科疾病患者80例，随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组给予普通胃肠镜诊治，实验组给予无痛胃肠镜诊治，比较两组临床诊治效果。结果治疗后，实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，实验组总有效率为100%，高于对照组的85%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论应用无痛胃肠镜技术诊治消化内科疾病患者效果显著，不良反应少，安全可靠。
