电离子手术联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of iontophoresis combined with mannatide capsule in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 80 patients with the condyloma acuminatum were divided randomly into two groups, for both patients in observation group and control group were all eliminated skin lesions with the iontophoresis.While patients in observation group took orally 2/time, 3 times/d of mannatide capsules for four weeks as a course of treatment, both treated-effects were evaluated after observing their operations in 3 months. Results 97.5%cure rate, and 2.5%recuremce rate were found for patient in observation group while 77.5%cure rate, and 22.5%recuremce rate for those in control group.There were signiifcant differences between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Iontophoresis combined with mannatide capsule in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum is high cure rate and low recuremce rate.%目的：观察电离子机联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法80例尖锐湿疣随机分为两组。两组患者采用电离子机去除皮损,观察组在电离子机去除皮损基础上口服甘露聚糖肽胶囊2粒/次,3次/d,连续服用至4周为1疗程。术后观察3个月评价疗效。结果观察组治愈率97.5%,复发率2.5%；对照组治愈率77.5%；复发率22.5%,两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）结论电离子手术联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低。
