Objective To study the clinical effect of rehabilitation treatment for patients with cerebral vascular disease. Methods 124 cases of cerebral vascular disease were studied and analyzed in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014, the control group of 62 patients received conventional treatment, the observation group of 62 patients received conventional therapy and three grade rehabilitation treatment, the clinical treatment of two groups were compared. Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the results were statistically significant (P<0.05), the FMA and Barthel index in the observation group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group, and the results were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion After the treatment of cerebral vascular disease, neurological function of patients with three levels of rehabilitation, patients with exercise capacity and life ability are greatly improved, the quality of life improved signiifcantly.%目的：研究分析脑血管病神经功能缺失患者接受康复治疗的临床效果。方法根据2013年1月～2014年6月我院的124例脑血管病神经功能缺失患者来进行研究分析，对照组62例患者接受常规神经内科治疗，观察组62例患者接受常规神经内科治疗以及三级康复治疗，对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果观察组NIHSS评分比对照组降低幅度大，结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组FMA和Barthel指数治疗前后提升幅度大于对照组，结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑血管病神经功能缺失患者接受三级康复治疗后，患者的运动能力以及生活能力都有很大的提升，生活质量改善明显。
