葡萄糖酸亚铁在小儿缺铁性贫血治疗中的应用价值探讨

摘要

Objective To study the effect of ferrous gluconate treatment children with iron deifciency anemia. Methods 90 cases of children with iron deifciency anemia can be divided into two groups, control group using conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with ferrous gluconate. Results To observe the clinical curative effect, adverse reaction were signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ferrous gluconate treatment of iron deficiency anemia children effect is remarkable.%目的：探讨葡萄糖酸亚铁治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的效果。方法将90例缺铁性贫血患儿分为两组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用葡萄糖酸亚铁治疗。结果观察组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论葡萄糖酸亚铁治疗小儿缺铁性贫血效果较好。
