Objective To analyze laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical effect of gallstones. Methods 68 patients admitted to patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group were treated with open cholecystectomy, the observation group were laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the clinical effcacy of the two groups were observed. Results The patients in the observation group operation time, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time was signiifcantly shorter than that in the control group, the amount of bleeding in operation was less than the control group, the incidence of complications was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic cholecystectomy effect of surgical treatment of gallstone signiifcantly, is minimally invasive, with high safety.%目的：分析腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法选取收治的68例胆结石患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用开腹胆囊切除术，观察组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石疗效显著，是微创、安全性较高的治疗方法。
